Brown- G is a liquid solution for producing oxidized color tones on Galvanized Steel, Zinc & Zinc Dicasts at room temperature. Brown- G is used primarily for decorative purposes to produce brown finishes.
Product Description
Procedures:
Parts should be free of grease, alkalinity or acidity when immersed in Brown- G solution. Clean the part with Cleaner 104 and then rinse with fresh water. Spray, brush, or dip in Brown- G for 10 seconds – 2 minutes depending on concentration. Rinse with water. It is recommended that a clear lacquer (e.g. WSL- 55 or AL-70) be applied to the coating to provide maximum life.
