If you wish to pick up an order at the Triple- S office, please call & place your order before you arrive. For ‘Walk Ins’, we will not fulfill any new orders after 3pm.
Shipping
Triple- S employs FedEx for its shipping needs. You can view the FedEx Ground Service map to the right to see transit times. Orders placed before 12:00 PM Pacific Standard Time will typically ship the same day. The days listed on the FedEx map are transit days, please add one day as the day the order is placed does not count as part of the transit time. Days listed are 'business days'.
Express shipping is available. Please inquire about pricing as most of Triple-S' products are considered hazardous material and are shipped as such. International shipping is also available but due to the hazardous nature of our products, not all countries will accept hazardous material shipments. Please call Triple- S to inquire about any Express Shipping. Note: FedEx shipments sometimes encounter weather delays and Triple-S will not be held responsible nor provide credit for shipping fees for late deliveries due to weather delays.
Shipping Cost
A lot of Triple-S' products are considered hazardous materials and therefore, they incur a hazardous fee in addition to the normal shipping rates. The hazardous fee surcharge is $37 for ground, $105 for Express, and $165 for International Express, per box. Please call Triple- S to inquire about exact shipping and handling costs.
Returns
Due to the hazardous nature of the materials Triple- S sells, returning Triple-S products is difficult. If the customer can return the product back to Triple-S within 30 days of receipt, we will gladly refund any unopened packages. There is a 10% restocking fee for all returned orders. As far as issuing FedEx call tags, we are unfortunately unable to do so. The products are hazardous materials and we cannot issue call tags for a shipper (customer) who is not certified to ship hazardous materials by FedEx and/or the Department of Transportation. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Payment
Payment is to be made at time of order with Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express. C.O.D. deliveries with FedEx are also an option for a $13 additional fee. Wire transfer is the only method of payment we accept for foreign transactions and will incur a $25 transaction fee. Bounced checks will incur a $25 returned check fee.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Triple- S disclaims any warranty for the product(s) sold. Products are provided ‘as is’, without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including, without limitations, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. User assumes entire risk arising out of the use/performance of the product. Nothing in this agreement may be construed as a warranty or representation by company as to its products. Information stated herein is based on information and tests we believe to be reliable. The accuracy or completeness thereof is not guaranteed. Further, because conditions of use are outside our control, user shall before use, determine the suitability of the product for his/her intended use and user assumes all risk and liability therewith. You agree to fully defend and indemnify company from any and all claims, liabilities and costs (including reasonable attorney’s fees) related to (1) your use of the product or (2) your violation of the terms and conditions of this comprehensive review.
